Rental contracts, returns and collections
PALETRA shows which machine is with whom, when it is due back and how much each customer still owes — on one screen instead of a paper ledger. When a rental starts, the meter reading and photos are recorded, the customer signs on the phone and a contract PDF is prepared. On return, the meter and a damage note are entered, the amount is calculated and a return report is issued; the outstanding balance can be sent as a WhatsApp reminder. Maintenance plans alert by engine hours or kilometres, and monthly revenue and per-machine utilisation are reported. Records stay on the phone rather than a server and move to a new phone with a single backup file. Available in Turkish, English and Arabic.
