🌱 CBAM · Authorised Declarant

Two routes for your CBAM application: do it yourselfor leave it to us

Companies importing CBAM-covered goods into the EU must obtain Authorised Declarant status. Those who missed the application window are limited to the transitional regime (Y238), which makes this urgent. Prepare it yourself with our kit, or hand it to us for a fixed price.

⚠️ Why is this urgent? The first application deadline of 31 March 2026 has passed. Unauthorised importers are operating on transitional codes and that window is narrowing. Applications take 30–90 days, and roughly 60–70% of them receive a request for information (RFI) — do not be caught unprepared.

Frequently asked

What happens without Authorised Declarant status?

You cannot fully import CBAM-covered goods; transitional workarounds are limited and narrowing. Authorisation is mandatory above 50 tonnes of imports per year.

How long does the application take?

Typical review takes 30–90 days. Roughly 60–70% of applications receive a request for information (RFI), which needs a professional response within 10 days — plan your timeline accordingly.

Can I buy the kit and switch to consulting later?

Yes — the kit fee (₺4,900) is deducted from the price if you move to the consulting package within 30 days.

Who files officially, and who is responsible?

The application is made in the importer's name, and final approval and responsibility rest with the importer. We prepare the file, manage the process and support the correspondence — this transparency is written into our contract.

Is there support on the reporting and declaration side too?

Yes — for carbon data preparation we have our Nechh Eco-Report tool and our free CBAM guide .

Legal note: Our services provide preparation and process management support; they are not legal advice, accredited verification or an official declaration service. No application we prepare is filed without being reviewed and approved by the importer. The accuracy of supplier data is the supplier's responsibility; format and consistency checking is ours.
