These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the website, software platforms ( Nechh Robotics and related services (the "Services") provided byHeliaLoop, JuriLoop). By accessing or using our Services you are deemed to accept these Terms.

Nechh Robotics is an independent Türkiye-based technology laboratory developing products and R&D systems in artificial intelligence, automation and robotics. Our active platforms are:
- HeliaLoop: A trusted appointment and patient referral network between doctors and clinicians.
- JuriLoop: A case referral and professional collaboration network between lawyers.
2. Account Creation and Responsibilities
You may need to create an account to use our platforms. When creating an account:
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for the security of your account, including your password.
- You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorised use of your account.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Paid plans begin with a 10-day free trial.
- Billing starts automatically after the trial unless cancelled.
- Prices may change without prior notice; existing subscribers keep their current price until the end of their billing period.

4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software code and website design belonging to Nechh Robotics are the property of the company. Materials shared under an open-source licence, where applicable, are subject to the terms of that licence.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited when using our Services:
- Activities that violate local, national or international law.
- Attempts to interfere with or damage our server infrastructure.
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating others.
- Copying or distributing platform content without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided "as is" . Nechh Robotics gives no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and cannot be held liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platforms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of İstanbul.
